We understand that pets are part of the family! That's why a selection of our properties warmly welcomes your furry friends. Please note that a pet bond is required for these stays, which is fully refundable upon your departure, provided everything is in order.

What about a damage security bond?

For the peace of mind of all our guests and property owners, we charge a damage security bond for each booking. The amount varies depending on the property and the duration of your stay. Rest assured, this bond is refunded after your departure once we confirm that everything is just as you found it.

Does each property come with a carpark?

All our properties have at least one free off-street parking space, which is available for our guest's exclusive use during their stay. Many of our properties have secure garaging.

Can I hire a property for commercial purposes, like photo shoots or events?

Absolutely! Our properties are available for commercial location hire, making them perfect backdrops for your photo shoots, events, or other commercial uses. We require a minimum of 3 hours for bookings, with prices varying by property. Please contact us directly for a detailed pricing guide and to discuss your specific needs.

Do you offer contactless access to the properties?

Yes, we do! For your convenience and safety, all our properties are equipped with contactless access. You'll receive all the necessary details for property access, including the key-safe code, a few days prior to your arrival, ensuring a smooth and hassle-free start to your stay.
