Do you provide Long-Stay discounts
Yes, we do. You can email us at [email protected] or call us on 0490 468 522 for a quote for your specific requirements.
What are the check-in and check out times?
Access for most of our properties is from 2pm onwards on the day of arrival. Departure time is strictly 10am.
Can we get Early Check-In or a Late Departure?
Yes, we can provide early check-in or late departure if possible, subject to availability and dependent on our cleaning schedule and other guests. An additional surcharge fee will apply, varying based on the time requested.
Can I bring my pet along with me?
Pets are allowed on some of our properties, subject to prior approval from our office. An extra Pet Fee & Pet Bond may apply.
What about car parking?
Most of our properties have parking - please check the property description. Where parking is provided, it is free of charge.
Do you supply tea/coffee etc?
We supply tea, coffee, milk, and sugar, but just enough for a few cups to get you started when you arrive.
Do you supply shampoo, conditioner etc?
Yes, we supply shampoo, conditioner, and other toiletries. You can enjoy using these products during your stay. Visit our product page to see our full range or purchase these items
Do I need to bring my own linen?
No, all beds will be made up with fresh bed linen ready for your arrival.
What about towels?
We provide fresh towels for use inside the property. However, we do not provide beach towels, so you may wish to bring these with you.
Can I arrange to have a mid-clean carried out during my stay?
Yes, this can be provided at an additional cost, subject to availability. Please contact our office regarding this.
Do you provide an iron and/or ironing board?
Yes, an iron and ironing board will be provided at the property.
What about a hairdryer?
Yes, a hairdryer is provided for your use in the property.
Do I pay a Damage Security Deposit?
New Elite Accommodation guests may be required to pay a Damage Security Deposit for all properties. The amount varies from $500 to $1500, depending on the property booked. This is returned upon departure if everything is in order. Returning guests only need to provide credit card details as surety.
I have paid a Damage Security payment - when can I expect that back?
Assuming there are no issues, please allow 5 to 7 working days for this to appear back in your account.
I am having a great time - can I extend my stay?
Absolutely, subject to availability. You can email us at [email protected] or call us on 0490 468 522 to arrange an extension.

Am I allowed to host a party?
No parties, Hens/Bucks/Stag Nights are allowed.
What about Wifi? Is this included?
Yes, WiFi is included free of charge.
What if I cannot get the Wifi to work?
For WiFi troubleshooting, power cycle the modem by disconnecting it from the power source, waiting 15-30 seconds, and plugging it back in. Do not press the reset button on the device.
IMPORTANT - DO NOT press the re-set button on the device. This will return the settings to factory default, meaning the password and wifi settings will be erased.When will I receive my access information?
The Guest Guide will be sent to you prior to your arrival.
