Shipping Policy
- Processing Time: All orders are processed within 2 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. Delays may occur during high volume periods.
- Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates: Calculated and displayed at checkout.
- Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking: Provided via email with tracking number(s) active within 24 hours.
- Customs, Duties, and Taxes: Customer’s responsibility.
- Damages: Elite Living not liable for shipping damage or loss. Contact carrier for claims.
Returns & Exchanges Policy
- Returns: Items must be unused, in original condition and packaging. Proof of purchase required.

- Refunds: Processed to original payment method after inspection.
- Late or Missing Refunds: Contact bank first, then email [email protected]
- Sale Items: Not refundable.
- Exchanges: Only for defective or damaged items.
- Gifts: Gift credit issued for returns of items marked as gifts.
